Process Standardization
Formalization of internal procedures in the accounting firm to improve organization and traceability.
Organizational OptimizationSituation
The accounting firm lacked formalized procedures. Tasks were carried out verbally and in a dispersed manner, which hindered delegation, traceability, and continuous improvement.
Work Done
We collaborated with management and the operations team to collect, structure, and document processes. A total of 36 procedures were defined and standardized, with steps, subtasks, and responsible roles for each service offered.
Result
The firm adopted an organized and replicable work framework, facilitating internal organization, team professionalization, and laying the foundation for digitalization and time tracking.
