The referral process was fully manual: data was extracted from the patient software, copied into Excel, and then entered one by one into the referral system, creating high operational workload and error risk.
Work Done
We developed an automated bot that downloads the report, extracts the relevant data, transforms it, and once validated, uploads it to the referral system. The entire process features full traceability and log-based monitoring.
Result
